Role Overview

We are seeking a Investor Relations Specialist with proven success in venture fundraising. In this role, you will work directly with the founders to drive investor engagement, refine funding strategy, and support capital-raising initiatives across our ventures.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and execute investor outreach and fundraising strategies.
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with VC firms, angel investors, and family offices.
• Prepare pitch decks, investor briefs, and financial narratives.
• Manage the complete fundraising lifecycle: outreach → meetings → due diligence → closure.
• Maintain a structured investor database and consistent communication cadence.
• Collaborate closely with founders on capital strategy, messaging, and investor positioning.
• Track venture trends, market dynamics, and competitive funding activity.

Preferred Requirements

• 2–4 years of direct experience in investor relations, venture fundraising, or capital markets.
• Proven success in raising or facilitating venture/angel capital.
• A strong and active network within the VC, angel, or startup ecosystem.
• Deep understanding of startup funding processes and investor expectations.
• Excellent communication, storytelling, and negotiation skills.
• Full comfort working in a

  100% commission-based role

  with no fixed salary during the pre-seed phase.

Mandatory Qualifications

• Experience engaging with top-tier U.S. VCs (e.g., Sequoia, Andreessen Horowitz, Accel).
• Background in SaaS, AI, or technology-focused fundraising.
• Prior experience in early-stage or founder-led startup environments.
