Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for an Investor Relations Specialist, located in New Delhi with some flexibility for remote work. The Specialist will build and maintain relationships with investors, effectively communicate the company’s financial performance and strategy, and provide timely updates to stakeholders. Responsibilities include preparing investor-focused reports, supporting fundraising efforts, conducting financial and market analysis, and ensuring clear and consistent communication with the investment community. Qualifications Proficiency in Investor Relations, Finance, and Investments Strong Analytical Skills and a solid understanding of financial data Excellent Communication skills, including the ability to present complex information clearly and confidently to stakeholders Ability to collaborate within a team and work independently with minimal supervision Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree or CFA certification is a plus Prior experience in investment management, corporate communications, or related fields is beneficial
