Investor Relations Manager

About the Role

We are seeking a driven and detail-oriented Investor Relations (IR) Manager to lead strategic communication between the company, its investors, and key stakeholders. This role is ideal for professionals with strong financial acumen, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of capital markets, financial modeling, and shareholder agreements.

Qualifications

• MBA (Finance), CFA Charter holder, or former Investment Banker preferred.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in investor relations, corporate finance, investment banking, or a similar role.

Key Skills

• Strong grasp of financial statements and accounting principles.
• Business modeling and valuation expertise (DCF, comparable analysis, etc.).
• Understanding of basic legal investment documentation (Term Sheet, SHA, etc.).
• Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple investor relationships.
• Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint; knowledge of data visualization tools is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain strong relationships with current and potential investors.
• Prepare investor presentations, quarterly reports, and earnings summaries.
• Create and maintain robust financial and business models to support fundraising and decision-making.
• Interpret and present balance sheet, P&L, and cash flow insights to internal and external stakeholders.
• Assist in the structuring and review of term sheets, shareholder agreements (SHA), and investment proposals.
• Coordinate due diligence efforts and respond to investor queries.
• Monitor market trends, peer performance, and investor sentiment to provide strategic insights.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with finance, legal, and leadership teams for seamless fundraising execution.

Pay: ₹1,500,000.00 - ₹2,000,000.00 per year
