Job Description

Job Overview

This role demands strong ownership and strategic involvement across finance,communication and compliance
You will collaborate closely with the founder to drivefundraising efforts and strengthen investor relations

Responsibilities

Drive investor relations strategy & execution
Keep investor outreach and communication processes structured
Lead capital-raising efforts alongside the top management
Manage due diligence processes and transaction closures
Provide market intelligence, competitor analysis and benchmarking reports
Draft and send periodic investor updates, and maintain MIS and records
Prepare and analyze information and materials for investor meetings as well as the
companys annual meeting and other key investor events

Knowledge, Experience & Capabilities

MBA Finance (Tier 1/2)/ CA/ CFA3-4 years of prior experience in investment banking, venture capital or corporatestrategy
Proven track record of managing capital raises and investor relations
Strong financial acumen, planning and modelling skills
Strong stakeholder management, communication
