Investor Relations Manager

As the Investor Relations & Business Development (IR & BD) Manager at Collated Ventures, you will play a crucial role in nurturing relationships with investors, stakeholders, and business partners. Your responsibilities will involve a blend of financial expertise, strategic planning, and relationship management to enhance investor communication and drive business growth. **Key Responsibilities:** - Prepare investor materials such as presentations, reports, financial summaries, and MIS updates. - Coordinate investor meetings, conferences, and project presentations effectively. - Ensure transparent and accurate investor communication aligned with company strategy. - Analyze investor feedback, competitor activity, and market trends for informed decision-making. - Collaborate with finance and legal teams to provide timely information to investors. - Identify, evaluate, and pursue strategic growth opportunities in the real estate sector. - Conduct thorough research and financial analysis to assess new projects, markets, and investment prospects. - Design business development strategies in collaboration with senior management for long-term growth. - Cultivate an active industry network to discover partnerships and market opportunities. **Qualifications Required:** - Bachelor's degree in business administration, Finance, Economics, or related field (MBA or CFA is advantageous). - General understanding of real estate preferred. - 5+ years of experience in investor relations, finance, or business development. - Strong knowledge of financial markets, corporate finance, and investment analysis. - Excellent communication, presentation, and relationship management skills. - Strategic thinker with strong analytical and negotiation abilities. - Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial modeling.
