About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Investor Relations Professional with a strong background in banking, financial management, and fundraising activities. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the company’s relationships with investors, financial institutions, and banks while ensuring effective communication of the company’s financial performance, growth strategies, and investment opportunities.

This role demands a proactive individual who can build trust with stakeholders and play a key role in supporting our business expansion and capital-raising initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and strengthen relationships with investors, banks, and financial institutions.
• Assist in developing and implementing the company’s investor relations strategy and communication plan.
• Coordinate fundraising initiatives, prepare financial decks, and support presentations to potential investors.
• Handle communications with banks for credit lines, loans, and financial partnerships.
• Prepare investor reports, financial summaries, and regular performance updates.
• Support management in budgeting, cash flow monitoring, and financial forecasting.
• Ensure compliance with all financial reporting and disclosure requirements.
• Monitor market trends, investor sentiments, and competitor activities to provide strategic insights.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive financial and corporate information.

Key Skills & Competencies:

• Strong understanding of financial markets, corporate finance, and investor relations.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
• Proven experience in fundraising, bank relations, and financial documentation.
• Ability to prepare and interpret financial statements, pitch decks, and investor reports.
• Good understanding of compliance, due diligence, and investment processes.
• Proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint, and financial data tools.
• Strong analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Investor Relations, Banking, Fundraising, or Financial Management roles.
• Candidates with prior experience in banks, NBFCs, venture capital, or investment firms will be preferred.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
