Role Overview We’re looking for a Sales cum Business Development Manager who can drive business growth, build client relationships, and close high-value deals in the real estate and construction material sector. Key Responsibilities Generate and convert leads for construction materials and real estate projects. Develop partnerships with contractors, builders, and dealers. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets. Conduct client meetings and site visits when required. Collaborate with marketing teams for promotions and campaigns. Maintain reports in CRM and ensure timely follow-ups. Requirements 3–6 years of proven experience in real estate sales . Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship management skills.
