Role: Associate – Investments, Operations & Compliance

We are looking for a high-caliber Associate to join our dynamic team in Ghatkopar, Mumbai. This is a full-time, in-person role working from our Mumbai office. The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role across investments, operations, and compliance, supporting core business functions.

Key Responsibilities

A. Operations

• Manage trade execution, settlements, and reconciliations.
• Maintain accurate transaction records and portfolio data.
• Liaise with brokers, custodians, and service providers.
• Prepare client & regulatory MIS, assist in audit and reporting processes.

B. Compliance

• Ensure regulatory adherence (SEBI PMS, Insider Trading, AML/KYC, etc.).
• Help maintain compliance processes/documentation, monitor for breaches.
• Stay updated with evolving regulations impacting PMS and proprietary investment entities.

C. Investment Support

• Assist in investment research, due diligence, and analysis across asset classes (listed & unlisted).
• Support pipeline management, deal documentation, and reporting.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s or master’s degree in finance, commerce, business, accounting, or related field (such as B.Com, BMS, BBA, MBA (Finance), CFA, CA, etc.).
• 1–3 years experience in investment management, finance, or a similar field (prior PMS/AIF/proprietary investment firm exposure preferred).
• Strong analytical skills; proficient in Excel and PowerPoint; experience with financial modeling.
• Knowledge of securities markets, investment products, and regulatory environment (esp. SEBI).
• Attention to detail, process orientation, and willingness to multi-task.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
