Investment Banking Associate/Analyst

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in

  deal execution

  including financial analysis, due diligence, transaction structuring, and documentation.
• Develop and maintain detailed

  financial models

  (DCF, precedent transactions, and comparable company analysis) from scratch.
• Support

  business development activities

  by preparing pitch books, presentations, and industry research.
• Manage

  investor relations

  by coordinating with stakeholders, preparing reports, and tracking investment performance.
• Handle

  project management

  to ensure smooth client operations and timely delivery of strategic initiatives.
• Conduct

  market, industry, and company research

  to provide insights supporting acquisitions and organic growth strategies.
• Collaborate with senior management in evaluating new opportunities and enhancing portfolio value.

Key Requirements

• 1–3 years

  of relevant experience in Investment Banking.
• Strong knowledge of

  valuation methodologies

  , financial modeling, and transaction analysis.
• Proficiency in

  Excel, PowerPoint, and financial databases

  .
• Excellent analytical, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work under tight deadlines with attention to detail.
