Inventory Management Maintain real-time inventory records using Excel, ERP, or inventory software. Update stock levels for newly procured, rented, sold, or returned items. Track serial numbers, asset tags, and warranty information of each unit. Goods Inward/Outward Coordination Verify and record physical stock during inward (procurement) and outward (dispatch) processes. Ensure accurate documentation for delivery challans, GRNs, and gate passes. Quality & Condition Check Check devices for physical damage, configuration mismatch, and functionality before updating inventory status. Tag devices as "Available", "Under Maintenance", "Rented Out", or "Obsolete" accordingly. Reporting & Documentation Generate daily/weekly stock movement reports for the management. Assist in monthly stock audits and reconciliation activities. Maintain proper records of asset allocation to clients/employees. Coordination & Communication Liaise with the sales and dispatch teams to ensure stock availability for upcoming orders. Communicate delays, discrepancies, or shortages promptly to the concerned teams.
