Hardware Engineer

Arihant Infotech is looking for an experienced and hands-on *Hardware Engineer* with a strong understanding of hardware assembly, installation, and troubleshooting across various computing environments. The ideal candidate must be adept at maintaining and supporting desktops, laptops, servers, and specialized equipment like workstations and graphic-intensive systems. Key Responsibilities •⁠ ⁠Assemble, install, and configure branded *desktops, laptops, servers, and **workstations*. •⁠ ⁠Diagnose and resolve hardware issues related to *motherboards, RAM, HDD/SSD, graphics cards*, and peripheral components. •⁠ ⁠Install and configure *external devices* such as *printers, cameras, graphic cards, storage devices*, etc. •⁠ ⁠Perform *preventive maintenance*, upgrades, and replacements of hardware components as needed. •⁠ ⁠Maintain system performance and *troubleshoot errors* in both standalone and networked environments. •⁠ ⁠Provide technical support for *on-site* hardware issues and ensure minimal system downtime. •⁠ ⁠Document technical issues, resolutions, and maintain asset records. •⁠ ⁠Collaborate with the networking team to ensure smooth *hardware-network integration. Skills & Qualifications •⁠ ⁠Minimum *3 years of relevant experience* in a hardware engineering role. •⁠ ⁠Strong knowledge of *assembling and servicing branded IT hardware* (HP, Dell, Lenovo, etc.). •⁠ ⁠Practical experience in troubleshooting *Windows/Linux-based systems*. •⁠ ⁠Familiarity with *network topologies, IP addressing*, and basic LAN/WAN setup. •⁠ ⁠Ability to interpret technical manuals and schematics. •⁠ ⁠Good verbal and written communication skills. •⁠ ⁠Self-motivated with the ability to work independently or as part of a team
