Inventory Manager

The ideal candidate will ensure we never run out of stock by timely raising Purchase Orders while simultaneously analyzing data to provide our production team with accurate weekly manufacturing requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

• Inventory Management: Monitor daily stock levels of all SKUs to ensure they are maintained above minimum threshold levels (Reorder Points).

• Procurement: Generate and release Purchase Orders (POs) for raw materials and packaging based on consumption trends and stock alerts.

• Production Planning: Analyze sales data and current inventory to generate a "Weekly Production Requirement" sheet for the in-house manufacturing facility.

• Data Integrity: Maintain accurate records of incoming and outgoing stock in the company system.

• Forecasting: Assist management in predicting future stock needs to avoid overstocking or stockouts.

Key Requirements & Skills:

Advanced Excel Skills: Must be highly proficient in Microsoft Excel. You should be comfortable with:

• Complex formulas (VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, IF statements).

• Pivot Tables and Charts for data analysis.

• Conditional formatting to flag low stock.

ERP Software:

• Experience with Tranzact is a plus, but not mandatory.

• Must be willing and eager to learn Tranzact, the ERP software used by the company for all production and inventory management processes.

Analytical Mindset: Ability to look at numbers and understand what needs to be ordered or produced.

Communication: Clear communication skills to coordinate effectively with vendors and the internal production team.
