The Logistics & Inventory Manager will oversee logistics coordination, inventory planning, warehouse operations, and system-based tracking while working closely with cross-functional teams.
• Manage inbound & outbound logistics and coordinate with transporters and vendors
• Control inventory planning, forecasting, and replenishment
• Ensure accurate stock records, cycle counts, and physical audits
• Oversee warehouse operations, storage, and material movement
• Monitor delivery timelines, logistics performance, and costs
• Use ERP/WMS systems for inventory tracking and reporting
• Coordinate with procurement, production, sales, and finance teams
• Ensure compliance with company policies, safety standards, and audits
• Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Operations, or Business Administration
• Professional certification or Master’s degree is an added advantage
• 5–8 years of experience in logistics and inventory management
• Minimum 2–3 years in a supervisory or managerial role
• Experience handling warehouse operations, multiple SKUs, and vendors
• Inventory control & stock management
• Demand forecasting & replenishment planning
• Logistics coordination & transportation management
• ERP systems (SAP / Oracle / Dynamics or similar)
• Warehouse Management Systems (WMS)
• MS Excel & reporting
• End-to-end supply chain operations
• FIFO / FEFO inventory practices
• Stock audits & reconciliation
• Cost control & process improvement
• Strong communication & coordination
• Problem-solving & analytical thinking
• Leadership & team management
• Time management & attention to detail
• Stock accuracy & inventory turnover
• On-time delivery & service levels
• Cost efficiency & audit compliance
