Inventory Controller

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing Inventory operations, Month Close activities, Valuations
• Supervise regular inventory counts (cycle counts and full physical inventory).
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records.
• Coordinate with purchasing and warehouse teams to manage incoming and outgoing stock.
• Helping category team with Purchase order release
• Update and maintain inventory databases and D 365 systems.
• Ensure proper storage and labelling of all inventory items.
• Prepare and analyse inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, or excesses.
• Timely monitoring inventory insurance
• Assist in implementing inventory control best practices and process improvements.
• Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory standards.
• Support audits and provide necessary documentation related to inventory.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in commerce, supply chain, or related field preferred
• Experience in E- Commerce will be prerequisite
• Proven experience as an inventory controller, inventory analyst, or similar role.
• Proficiency in inventory management software (e.g., D 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite) and Microsoft Excel.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Attention to detail and high level of accuracy.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
