Inventory Controller

You will be joining Westbury Kommerce as an Inventory Controller based in Bangalore. Westbury Kommerce is an Online Retail Business and Solution provider for Brands, offering end-to-end integrated business solutions for B2C eCommerce & Omnichannel. As an Inventory Controller, your primary responsibilities will include: - Managing Inventory operations, Month Close activities, and Valuations. - Supervising regular inventory counts, including cycle counts and full physical inventory checks. - Investigating and resolving discrepancies between physical counts and inventory records. - Coordinating with purchasing and warehouse teams to oversee incoming and outgoing stock. - Assisting the category team with Purchase order release. - Updating and maintaining inventory databases and D 365 systems. - Ensuring proper storage and labelling of all inventory items. - Preparing and analyzing inventory reports to identify trends, shortages, or excesses. - Timely monitoring of inventory insurance. - Assisting in implementing inventory control best practices and process improvements. - Ensuring compliance with company policies and regulatory standards. - Supporting audits and providing necessary documentation related to inventory. Qualifications required for this role include: - Bachelor's degree in commerce, supply chain, or a related field is preferred. - Experience in E-Commerce will be a prerequisite. - Proven experience as an inventory controller, inventory analyst, or a similar role. - Proficiency in inventory management software such as D 365, SAP, Oracle, NetSuite, and Microsoft Excel. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent organizational and time management abilities. - Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy. - Good communication and teamwork skills.
