Job Description

As an Inventory Controller, your role will involve maintaining accurate stock levels, optimizing inventory processes, and supporting smooth warehouse and financial operations. Key Responsibilities: - Track inventory levels in the system (ERP/WMS) and conduct regular physical counts/reconciliations. - Monitor stock movements including receipts, issues, and transfers, and update records in real time. - Generate inventory reports, identify slow-moving/excess stock, and recommend appropriate actions. - Coordinate with procurement, sales, and logistics teams to forecast demand and prevent shortages/overstock. - Implement and enforce inventory control policies, labeling, and FIFO/LIFO practices. - Investigate discrepancies, resolve stock variances, and report findings to management. Qualifications Required: - Previous experience in inventory control or related field. - Proficiency in using ERP/WMS systems. - Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Excellent communication and coordination abilities. - Attention to detail and accuracy. This job is full-time and permanent, offering benefits such as paid sick time. The work location is in person.
