Student Supervision & Welfare Oversee the daily activities of hostel residents, ensuring adherence to rules and regulations. Facility Management Ensure cleanliness and maintenance of hostel premises, including rooms, common areas, and bathrooms. Coordinate with housekeeping and maintenance staff for timely repairs and upkeep. Manage inventory of hostel supplies and requisition items as needed.JobLeads 3. Discipline & Security Enforce hostel rules and regulations, taking appropriate action in cases of violations. Maintain records of student attendance and visitor logs. Monitor entry/exit points and ensure security protocols are followed.JobLeads 4. Health & Emergency Management Provide basic first aid and coordinate with medical services in case of emergencies. Ensure students are aware of health and safety guidelines. Respond promptly to emergencies, ensuring student safety and well-being.JobLeads 5. Administrative Duties Maintain accurate records of student admissions, attendance, and other relevant documentation. Prepare and submit regular reports to management. Assist in organizing hostel events and activities to promote community engagement.
