Job Title: Academic Coordinator Responsibilities: Serve as the primary point of contact for students, parents, and faculty regarding academic matters. Manage and coordinate academic activities, including class scheduling, student enrolment, attendance tracking, exam conducting, result updating, data management, personal mentorship, clearing technical issues, accounts management, managing faculty hour and mentors visit. Ensure the smooth and efficient operation of the academic department. Student and Faculty Support: Provide direct support to students and faculty, addressing their needs and resolving academic-related issues. Maintain accurate records of student progress, academic performance, and course completions. Curriculum and Assessment: Coordinate the scheduling and administration of tests, quizzes, and examinations. Maintain a comprehensive record of all assessment results and student performance data. Briefings and Meetings: Facilitate communication between faculty, students, and parents. Organize and schedule academic meetings, workshops, and professional development sessions. Operations: Manage the procurement and distribution of academic resources, including textbooks and study materials. Assist in the creation and maintenance of academic databases and digital records. Oversee the day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure the academic department runs smoothly. Parent Communication: Act as a liaison between parents and faculty to discuss student academic progress and address any concerns. Prepare and send out regular reports and updates on student performance and departmental activities. Team Collaboration: Collaborate with the admissions, counselling, and IT departments to ensure a seamless academic experience for students. Work with other team members to enhance the overall academic environment and support institutional goals. Required Skills and Qualifications: BSC or B-tech or a related field. Proven experience in an administrative or coordination role within an educational setting. Strong organizational, time management, and multitasking skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in using academic management systems and other relevant software.
