Role & responsibilities

Preferred candidate profile

Head Warden

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage day-to-day hostel operations with efficiency and care.
Maintain discipline, order, and a supportive environment among students.
Oversee hostel staff, allocate responsibilities, and ensure effective coordination with school administration.
Monitor student attendance, in-and-out registers, and overall hostel security.
Address student concerns, resolve conflicts, and provide mentorship when required.
Ensure hygiene, safety, and maintenance standards are consistently met.
Organize and support hostel activities to encourage participation and community spirit among residents.

Eligibility Criteria:

Minimum
5 to 10 years of experience
as a Warden or in a similar residential supervisory role.
Strong leadership and management skills with the ability to handle both staff and students effectively.
Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to maintain confidentiality, fairness, and discipline in all interactions.
Experience in educational institutions or residential schools will be preferred.
