Inventory Controller (MBO/LFS)

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily inventory operations in MBOs and LFS locations
• Monitor stock levels, product movement, and ensure replenishments are timely and accurate
• Perform regular physical stock audits and reconcile discrepancies
• Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and store teams for efficient stock transfers
• Analyze sales and inventory data, reporting on slow-moving and fast-selling items
• Implement best practices to reduce stock-outs, overstock, and damages
• Maintain accurate inventory records in ERP/retail management systems
• Work closely with buying and merchandising teams to align inventory strategies with business goals
• Track and report key inventory KPIs and ensure compliance with policies

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, or related field
• 2-5 years of inventory management experience, preferably in fashion/apparel retail
• Familiarity with MBO and LFS operations is a plus
• Proficiency in MS Excel, ERP and inventory management software
• Strong attention to detail, organizational, and analytical skills
• Ability to work cross-functionally with different teams
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
