Kiaasa is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Planner cum Data Analyst to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sales forecasting, inventory planning, analyzing retail data, and providing actionable insights to optimize business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop detailed sales, inventory, and assortment plans to maximize stock efficiency and meet business goals
• Analyze sales trends, customer data, and product performance for strategic recommendations
• Prepare regular reports and dashboards for management review, highlighting KPIs and business drivers
• Work with merchandising, buying, and finance teams to align forecasts and budgets
• Use data modeling and advanced analytics to support promotional, pricing, and assortment strategies
• Identify areas of opportunity and risk through data-driven insights
• Assist in automating reporting processes and improving data accuracy
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer preferences using data sources

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor's/Master's degree in Statistics, Mathematics, Business, Data Science, or related field
• 3-5 years experience in planning, analysis, or data management, preferably in retail/fashion
• Advanced skills in Excel, Google Sheets, and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, etc.)
• Proficiency with data analysis software and business intelligence platforms
• Excellent attention to detail, critical thinking, and problem-solving skills
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
