Job Title: Visual Merchandiser Location: Ghaziabad Head Office Company: Kiaasa Retail Ltd Job Description: We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Visual Merchandiser to join our dynamic team at Kiaasa Retail Ltd. The ideal candidate will be responsible for enhancing the aesthetic appeal of our stores, ensuring that our products are presented in engaging and visually attractive ways to maximize sales and elevate the customer shopping experience. Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising strategies across Kiaasa outlets Create captivating product displays and window presentations that uphold the brand image Collaborate with Store Managers and Marketing to execute promotional campaigns in-store Analyze store layout and traffic flow to optimize product placement Ensure all displays are well-stocked, neat, and aligned with brand standards Monitor visual merchandising trends and competitors for fresh inspiration Train store staff on best practices for visual display and product arrangement Travel to store locations as required for new setups and periodic reviews Desired Skills & Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred 3-5+ years’ experience as a Visual Merchandiser in retail (preferably fashion/apparel) Strong creativity, sense of design, and attention to detail Proficiency with graphic design tools and retail merchandising software Ability to work independently and as part of a team Excellent communication and organizational skills Strong commercial awareness and a passion for women’s ethnic fashion What We Offer: Competitive salary and performance incentives Opportunity to work with one of India’s leading ethnic fashion brands Collaborative and innovative work environment Career growth and training opportunities How to Apply: Interested candidates can apply via LinkedIn.
