Kiaasa is a fast-growing women’s ethnic & fusion fashion brand with a strong offline and online presence, offering kurtas, suits, lehengas, dresses and accessories for the modern Indian woman. The ecommerce team focuses on delivering a seamless, visually rich shopping experience across website, marketplaces, and social media.​


Role Overview

The Ecommerce Creative Designer (Image & Video) will create high-impact visual content for Kiaasa’s digital channels, including website, marketplaces, social media, and performance marketing campaigns. The role combines product image design, lifestyle creatives, short-form videos/reels, and motion graphics to drive engagement, brand recall, and conversions.​


Key Responsibilities

  • Design high-quality banners, product thumbnails, listing images, campaign creatives, and emailers for kiaasa.com and marketplaces.​
  • Conceptualize and produce short-form video content (reels, stories, ads, styling videos, product explainers) for Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and other platforms.​
  • Edit raw photos and videos from shoots: color correction, retouching, background cleanup, cropping, and resizing as per platform guidelines.​
  • Work closely with the Ecommerce, Marketing, and Merchandising teams to translate briefs into on-brand, conversion-focused creatives.​
  • Develop mood boards, storyboards, and creative concepts for campaigns, product launches, and seasonal drops.​
  • Ensure all creatives follow Kiaasa’s brand language, typography, and visual standards while optimizing for mobile-first viewing.​
  • Create motion graphics, basic animations, and transitions for videos and digital ads.​
  • Stay updated with trends in ecommerce design, ethnic fashion content, social media formats, and best practices for performance creatives.​


Skills & Qualifications

  • 2-4 years of experience as a Graphic/Creative Designer or Video Editor in ecommerce, fashion, or digital agency.​
  • Strong command of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, After Effects) or equivalent tools.​
  • Proven portfolio of ecommerce creatives, product images, reels/short videos, and campaign work (link/portfolio required in application).​
  • Understanding of performance marketing requirements (Facebook/Instagram/Google Ads creatives), aspect ratios, and platform specifications.​
  • Good sense of composition, typography, color, and storytelling tailored to women’s ethnic fashion audiences.​
  • Ability to manage multiple briefs, work with tight deadlines, and respond constructively to feedback.​
