Visual Merchandiser

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain visual merchandising strategies across Kiaasa outlets
• Create captivating product displays and window presentations that uphold the brand image
• Collaborate with Store Managers and Marketing to execute promotional campaigns in-store
• Analyze store layout and traffic flow to optimize product placement
• Ensure all displays are well-stocked, neat, and aligned with brand standards
• Monitor visual merchandising trends and competitors for fresh inspiration
• Train store staff on best practices for visual display and product arrangement
• Travel to store locations as required for new setups and periodic reviews

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Visual Arts, or related field preferred
• 3-5+ years’ experience as a Visual Merchandiser in retail (preferably fashion/apparel)
• Strong creativity, sense of design, and attention to detail
• Proficiency with graphic design tools and retail merchandising software
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Strong commercial awareness and a passion for women’s ethnic fashion
