Zoho Inventory Specialist


Location - Bhandup West

Key Responsibilities

Zoho Inventory Management

  • Configure and manage

    Zoho Inventory

    end-to-end
  • Create and maintain

    items, SKUs, bundles, variants, and price lists

  • Set up

    warehouses, stock levels, reorder points, and batch tracking

  • Ensure accurate

    real-time stock syncing

    across platforms

Platform Integrations

  • Integrate and maintain

    Zoho Inventory with Shopify

  • Sync orders, customers, items, and invoices with

    Zoho Books

  • Manage multi-channel integrations (Amazon, Flipkart, Myntra, etc.)
  • Coordinate logistics integrations (Delhivery, Shiprocket, Bluedart)

Order & Fulfilment Flow

  • Monitor order flow from website/marketplaces to Zoho Inventory
  • Resolve issues related to

    missing orders, SKU mismatches, stock errors

  • Ensure correct

    invoice, shipment, and tracking generation

  • Support returns, cancellations, and stock adjustments

Automation & Optimization

  • Create and manage workflows using

    Zoho Flow

  • Automate order processing, stock updates, and notifications
  • Improve operational efficiency and reduce manual intervention

Reporting & Compliance

  • Generate inventory, sales, and stock movement reports
  • Ensure GST-ready invoicing and compliance support
  • Assist finance team with reconciliation between Inventory & Books
