Job description
Inventory Management:Monitoring stock levels, receiving and processing new inventory, and ensuring proper storage of jewelry items.
Record Keeping:Maintaining accurate records of all jewelry items, including descriptions, quantities, and locations, using inventory management systems.
Stock Audits:Conducting regular physical stock counts and reconciliations to verify inventory accuracy.
Coordination:Collaborating with sales, procurement, and other relevant teams to ensure smooth inventory operations and meet customer demands.
Loss Prevention:Implementing and maintaining security measures to prevent theft, damage, or loss of jewelry.
Reporting:Generating inventory reports and providing updates on stock levels, discrepancies, and other relevant data.
