Inventory Analyst

Role Overview: You will be responsible for managing import part purchases and related documentation, inventory valuation, and costing. Your role will involve maintaining and improving the company's inventory situation by analyzing inventory statistics, placing inventory orders, tracking shipments, and allocating inventory to the correct departments. Additionally, you will be responsible for ensuring regular inventory counts, drafting inventory reports, reporting inventory statistics to management, suggesting improvements to inventory control, resolving discrepancies between inventory and revenue, and creating and maintaining inventory databases and systems. Key Responsibilities: - Manage import part purchases and related documentation - Perform inventory valuation and costing - Analyze inventory statistics to determine product performance - Place inventory orders and track shipments - Allocate inventory to correct departments and arrange pickups/shipments - Ensure regular inventory counts - Draft inventory reports documenting counts and discrepancies - Report inventory statistics to management and suggest improvements - Coordinate with other workers to resolve inventory-revenue discrepancies - Create and maintain inventory databases and systems Qualifications Required: - CWA or equivalent qualification (partially cleared also acceptable) - 4-6 years of experience in inventory management and costing,
