Management Intern – Job Role & Responsibilities Job Role A Management Intern supports various departments (HR, Operations, Marketing, Finance, Sales, Administration) while learning organizational processes, gaining hands-on experience, and assisting in day-to-day business activities. The role prepares interns for future managerial positions. Key Responsibilities 1. Administrative & Operational Support Assist in daily office operations and coordination tasks. Support managers in planning, organizing, and executing activities. Prepare documentation, reports, and spreadsheets as required. 2. Data Collection & Analysis Collect data related to business activities. Prepare basic analysis, summaries, and presentations. Assist teams in decision-making by providing structured data. 3. Project Assistance Support ongoing projects by tracking progress and deadlines. Coordinate with different teams to ensure timely completion. Help prepare project reports, presentations, and follow-ups. 4. Research Work Conduct market, competitor, and business research. Gather insights to support marketing, operations, HR, or sales strategies. Present findings in an easy-to-understand format. 5. Communication & Coordination Coordinate with clients, vendors, and internal departments. Draft emails, notices, and meeting summaries. Participate in meetings and record minutes. 6. Customer Service & Sales Support (if applicable) Support the sales team with lead generation and follow-ups. Handle basic customer queries and feedback. Assist in CRM data entry and updates. 7. HR & Recruitment Support (optional based on department) Assist in screening resumes and scheduling interviews. Help with employee onboarding activities. Maintain HR records and attendance sheets. 8. Marketing & Social Media Support (if required) Assist in content creation and campaign planning. Collect performance insights from digital platforms. Help with promotional activities and events. 9. Learning & Development Attend training sessions, workshops, and team meetings. Learn company policies, business models, and workflow processes. Apply new skills in real work scenarios. 10. Reporting & Documentation Prepare daily/weekly reports. Maintain records and ensure proper documentation.
