Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Design and deliver process training programs for insurance industry clients, ensuring effective knowledge transfer and skill development.
Conduct Training Need Analysis (TNA) to identify gaps in employee skills and develop customized training solutions.
Provide on-the-job training (OJT) support to new hires, helping them adapt to company processes and procedures.
Analyze the effectiveness of training programs through evaluation metrics such as TNI (Training Needs Identification) and NHT (Need Analysis).

Job Requirements :

4-9 years of experience in process training or related field.
Strong understanding of OJT, ONE JOB TRAINING, Process Trainee, Process Training, TNA, TNI, Training Delivery, Training Analysis concepts.
Ability to design engaging learning materials using various formats like e-learning modules or instructor-led sessions.
