Job Description

International Voice Technical Support Representatives (TSR)

Key Responsibilities

Handle incoming international voice calls and provide timely technical support.
Troubleshoot issues related to applications, products, or infrastructure.
Identify, log, and resolve customer tickets within defined SLAs.
Document all interactions and maintain accurate case records in the ticketing system.
Escalate unresolved queries to appropriate teams when necessary.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through quality support.

Mandatory Skills

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Prior
chat support
experience with strong typing speed.
Ability to work in a
24/7 rotational shift
, including nights and weekends.
Must clear
Versant / Talview / Communication Assessment
(Trainer-led).

Good to Have Skills

Experience in
core technical support
, infrastructure, service desk, or storage.
Familiarity with
product troubleshooting
and resolving complex tickets.
Knowledge of
ITIL processes
and experience using ticketing tools (ServiceNow, Remedy, etc.).
Exposure to
cloud/hyperscaler platforms
like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
Hands-on experience supporting
Google Workspace or Microsoft products
.
Certifications such as
Google Workspace Administrator
or
Microsoft Certifications
.

Eligibility

Graduate (any stream)
Immediate joiners or candidates with
up to 15 days notice
preferred.
