Job Description

SOLAR TECHNICIAN

Solar Technician

Key Responsibilities

Install
solar panels,
mounting
structures, and related equipment
Perform
DC and AC
electrical wiring as per safety standards
Assist in site assessment and layout planning
Connect
inverters
, junction boxes, and earthing systems
Ensure proper alignment and secure mounting of panels
Follow electrical safety and site safety guidelines
Coordinate with site supervisors and project teams
Complete
installation
tasks within project timelines

Required Skills & Qualifications

ITI / Diploma in Electrical, Electronics, or related field (preferred)
3+ years hands-on experience in
solar installation
projects (rooftop or ground-mounted)
Basic knowledge of electrical systems and tools
Ability to read basic wiring diagrams
Willingness to work at heights and outdoor sites
