Key Skills Required: Hands-on experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing setup. Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance systems. Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills. Knowledge of solar module manufacturing processes (mandatory). Good communication and team coordination abilities.
