Key Responsibilities:

Perform routine, preventive, and breakdown maintenance of plant machinery and equipment.
Diagnose technical issues and troubleshoot problems effectively to minimize downtime.
Maintain maintenance logs, schedules, checklists, and documentation.
Coordinate with production teams to plan maintenance activities with minimal disruption.
Analyze root causes of failures and implement corrective actions.
Support continuous improvement initiatives and participate in energy-saving, 5S, and KAIZEN programs.
Ensure compliance with safety protocols and statutory maintenance norms.

Key Skills Required:

Hands-on experience in electrical/mechanical maintenance in a manufacturing setup.
Familiarity with TPM, 5S, and preventive maintenance systems.
Strong troubleshooting and analytical skills.
Knowledge of solar module manufacturing processes (mandatory).
