About the Role:

We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented

International Ticketing Executive

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a critical role in managing flight and travel bookings for international clients. This role requires a deep understanding of global travel regulations, proficiency in ticketing systems, and the ability to provide end-to-end support, including hotel booking knowledge via platforms such as

Key Responsibilities:

  • Flight Ticketing (International): Handle bookings, reservations, and cancellations for international air travel using global distribution systems (GDS) like Amadeus, Galileo, or Sabre. Ensure accuracy in fare rules, ticket issuance, refunds, and exchanges.
  • Hotel Coordination: Assist customers in identifying hotel accommodation using platforms such as Myunn.com or other B2B/B2C hotel platforms. Match client preferences and budgets with suitable hotel options, ensuring quality and satisfaction.
  • Visa and Travel Documentation: Guide customers on visa processes, documentation, and travel insurance requirements. Ensure all documents are in order before finalizing bookings.
  • Client Interaction and Service: Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, or chat in a timely and professional manner. Address any concerns and resolve travel-related issues proactively to ensure customer satisfaction.
  • Computer Proficiency: Utilize Computer Vision-enabled systems (if applicable within internal tools) for document scanning, ticket validation, or travel ID checks. Work with CRM systems and ticketing software to manage client data efficiently.
  • Payment and Reporting: Manage payment transactions for bookings. Prepare and maintain reports related to sales, refunds, customer queries, and cancellations.
  • Cross-functional Coordination: Liaise with internal departments like customer support, finance, and operations for seamless service delivery. Coordinate with airline partners and hotel vendors for booking confirmations and dispute resolutions.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Minimum 2+ years of experience in international ticketing and travel operations.
  • Proficiency in using GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, Sabre).
  • Familiarity with hotel booking platforms such as Myunn.com is an added advantage.
  • Working knowledge or exposure to Computer Vision technologies (preferred but not mandatory).
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong customer service orientation and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment.
  • High level of accuracy and attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Degree or diploma in Travel & Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields.
  • Certification in IATA or travel ticketing courses.
  • Prior experience working in a travel agency or corporate ticketing environment
