International Sales Specialist

Role Overview: As an Import-Export Sales and Procurement Executive, your main responsibility will be to manage and coordinate all international sales and purchasing activities. This will involve identifying global suppliers and customers, negotiating prices, ensuring timely shipments, and maintaining compliance with international trade regulations. Your role will require cross-functional coordination between logistics, finance, and quality departments. Key Responsibilities: - Develop and manage international sales strategies and partnerships. - Identify and onboard new international clients and distributors. - Handle inquiries, quotations, and commercial negotiations with overseas customers. - Prepare and manage export documentation (Proforma Invoices, Commercial Invoices, Packing Lists, etc.). - Monitor market trends and competitor activities in international markets. - Source raw materials or products from overseas vendors. - Negotiate prices, terms, and delivery schedules with suppliers. - Evaluate supplier performance and maintain strong vendor relationships. - Ensure cost-effective and quality procurement aligned with company goals. - Handle import documentation including LC, Bill of Lading, HS Codes, etc. - Coordinate with freight forwarders and customs brokers to ensure timely deliveries. - Manage export and import compliance including documentation, duties, taxes, and licenses. - Stay updated on international trade regulations (e.g., Incoterms, WTO, customs compliance). - Ensure documentation accuracy to prevent delays or legal issues. Qualifications Required: - Bachelor's degree in International Business, Supply Chain Management, or related field. - Proven experience in import-export operations, sales, or procurement. - Strong negotiation and communication skills. - Knowledge of international trade regulations and compliance. - Ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.,
