Role Overview

We are seeking an International Sales – Cold Calling Executive with a proven track record in outbound sales and lead generation. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in international markets, possess excellent communication and negotiation skills, and demonstrate a disciplined approach to work.


Key Responsibilities

  • Conduct high-volume outbound cold calls to prospective international customers.
  • Introduce company products and services in a compelling manner to generate interest and secure appointments or sales.
  • Understand client needs and present tailored solutions to drive conversions.
  • Maintain accurate records of calls, leads, and follow-up actions in the CRM system.
  • Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales and performance targets.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to optimise strategies and improve results.
  • Continuously update product knowledge to effectively address client queries.


Required Skills & Experience

  • Minimum 2 years’ proven experience in international cold calling, telesales, or inside sales.
  • Fluent spoken and written English with a neutral or clear accent.
  • Strong negotiation and persuasion skills with the ability to handle objections effectively.
  • High level of attention to detail and accuracy in work.
  • Strong discipline, time management, and work ethics.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
  • Ability to work under pressure and deliver consistent results.
