Job Title: International Sales Manager
Location: Coimbatore
Employment Type: Full-time

About the Role:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven International Sales Manager with 2+ years of experience in Digital Marketing or Website Design Sales within the international market. The ideal candidate will lead global sales initiatives, drive revenue growth, manage client relationships, and oversee the complete international sales cycle from lead generation to project closure.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute effective international sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets.
  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through international lead generation, cold calling, email outreach, and virtual meetings.
  • Build, manage, and nurture long-term relationships with global customers and strategic partners.
  • Understand client requirements and propose suitable digital solutions (SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Design, etc.).
  • Lead client negotiations, proposal submissions, quotations, pricing decisions, and contract closures.
  • Monitor and manage the international sales pipeline, ensuring consistent follow-up and high conversion rates.
  • Support and oversee email marketing and CRM-driven sales campaigns, leveraging tools like Traxcn.
  • Collaborate closely with marketing, operations, and finance teams to ensure seamless project handover and customer satisfaction.
  • Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and buyer behavior to identify new growth opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates to management.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • Minimum 2–4 years of experience in International Sales, preferably in Digital Marketing or Website Design Services.
  • Proven track record of achieving or exceeding international sales targets.
  • Strong communication, negotiation, business development, and client management skills.
  • Hands-on experience in international lead generation and LinkedIn-based outreach campaigns.
  • Lead generation experience using LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is mandatory.
  • Proficient in MS Office, CRM tools, and lead research platforms (Traxcn experience is a plus).
  • Self-motivated, strategic thinker, and result-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Experience in SEO, Digital Marketing, Website Design, or IT Service Sales is an added advantage.
