Job Description: As an International Sales Manager in the medical devices & equipment industry, your role will involve leading and expanding the global market presence in orthopedic implants. You will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies to achieve or exceed regional and international sales targets. Your key responsibilities will include identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving business growth across international markets. It will be crucial for you to stay updated on industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging opportunities by conducting thorough market research. Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers in hospitals, clinics, and healthcare institutions will be essential. Additionally, you will need to address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues in a professional and timely manner. Collaboration with cross-functional teams such as Marketing, Product Development, and Quality will be necessary to align sales strategies with business objectives. Tracking sales performance, preparing reports, and identifying areas for continuous improvement will also be part of your responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, certifications, and local laws for each target region will be crucial, along with promoting the company's comprehensive orthopedic portfolio and organizing product presentations, training workshops, and clinical support for distributors and healthcare professionals. Qualifications Required: - Bachelors degree in Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field. - Minimum of 8 to 10 years experience in international sales within the orthopedic/medical device industry. - Proven track record of success in international orthopedic sales. - Strong understanding of the healthcare industry, particularly Orthopedics. - Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills. - Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM tools. - Willingness to travel extensively within assigned territories. - Fluency in local language; English proficiency preferred. - Strong market understanding, business acumen, and self-driven attitude.
