Key responsibilities include: Key Responsibilities: Strategy & Planning : Develop and execute strategies for the launch of new indications/products , with a focus on Key Opinion Leader (KOL) engagement , medical education , and scientific outreach. Real-World Evidence Generation : Lead and drive real-world evidence (RWE) initiatives in collaboration with local, regional, and global medical teams to address evidence gaps and support product value propositions. Stakeholder Collaboration : Engage with professional associations, KOLs , and healthcare professionals to build and promote scientific advocacy for your assigned therapeutic area (TA) and product portfolio. Medical Education & Scientific Dialogue : Drive medical education initiatives and foster ongoing scientific dialogue within the diabetes therapy area , collaborating with cross-functional teams including regulatory , clinical , and commercial teams. Publication Planning : Identify opportunities for publication projects , such as secondary analyses, review articles, or independent publications , to bridge scientific data gaps and meet medical advocacy needs. Regulatory Compliance : Support the regulatory affairs team to ensure that promotional activities and product packaging comply with local and global regulations. Regulatory & Clinical Support : Provide scientific and medical expertise to assist with regulatory submissions, presentations, and approvals related to indication expansions and new product approvals . Required Qualifications & Experience: Medical Degree (MD/MS) in Pharmacology or a related field (desired) from a reputable institution. Minimum of 2 years of experience in industry medical affairs , preferably with a focus on diabetes management . Strong scientific knowledge of diabetes and its treatment options, with the ability to collaborate effectively across multiple teams and stakeholders. Proven expertise in strategic planning and analytical problem-solving in complex medical scenarios. Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present scientific data to a range of audiences. Ability to drive initiatives with a focus on operational excellence, combining creativity with attention to detail for successful project execution.
