AMK Group is looking for an experienced SAP HCM Professional to join our team. We need someone with a strong background in SAP Human Capital Management, particularly in Personnel Administration, Organizational Management, Time Management, and Payroll for India. You'll be crucial in gathering requirements, configuring the system, and ensuring smooth operations and user adoption. Key Responsibilities HCM Expertise: Apply 8+ years of hands-on experience in Personnel Administration , Organizational Management , Time Management , and Payroll India . Requirements & Blueprints: Lead and participate in workshops for client business process requirement gathering. Develop and refine blueprints based on these requirements. Configuration & Testing: Possess strong hands-on capabilities in configuring and testing complete process cycles across SAP HCM modules. Payroll & Time Customization: Exhibit strong knowledge of Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customizing for Payroll and Time Management. Stakeholder Coordination: Coordinate effectively with stakeholders throughout the requirement gathering and execution phases of projects. Integration: Demonstrate strong knowledge of integration across SAP modules , ensuring seamless data flow and process alignment. Functional Specifications: Work closely with the technical team to provide clear functional specifications and assist in testing client business processes. Training & Support: Participate in user training workshops, create comprehensive documentation, and provide support for day-to-day issues. Communication: Leverage excellent communication skills to successfully conduct workshops and interact effectively with all levels of the organization. Required Skills & Experience Experience: 8+ years of relevant experience on the SAP HCM platform. Mandatory Modules: Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in: Personnel Administration (PA) Organizational Management (OM) Time Management (TM) Payroll India (PY-IN) ESS/MSS (Employee Self-Service/Manager Self-Service) Technical HCM: Strong knowledge of Personnel Calculation Rules and Schema Customizing (Payroll and Time Management). Project Lifecycle: Experience in blueprinting, configuration, and testing complete process cycles. Integration: Good understanding of cross-module integration within SAP. Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with proven ability to conduct workshops effectively.
