Job Summary:

International Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

  • Research and identify potential clients in international markets (US/UK).
  • Generate qualified leads via cold calling, emails, LinkedIn outreach, and other channels.
  • Schedule and conduct virtual meetings/demos with decision-makers.
  • Present company services clearly and persuasively to prospective clients.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Operations, Marketing, and Product) to deliver customized solutions.
  • Maintain and update CRM records regularly.
  • Meet or exceed weekly and monthly sales targets/KPIs.
  • Follow-up with prospects to ensure closure and onboarding.
  • Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activity in target markets.


Requirements:


  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 2 –3 years of experience in international sales, lead generation, or business development.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
  • Comfortable working in US/UK time zones (Night/Early Morning Shifts).
  • Experience using CRM tools (like HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce).
  • Strong interpersonal and negotiation skills.
  • Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and result-driven.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Experience in B2B service sales or the HR / background verification industry.
  • Knowledge of international business cultures and communication etiquette.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple accounts simultaneously.
