Key Responsibilities:
• Develop and execute international sales strategies to expand into new markets (Middle East, Africa, Europe, SE Asia, etc.)
• Identify and onboard new B2B clients, importers, distributors, and food processing companies
• Manage end-to-end export sales cycle – inquiry, negotiation, documentation coordination, and post-sales follow-ups
• Attend global trade fairs, virtual expos, and buyer-seller meets
• Monitor international market trends, pricing, and competitor strategies
• Collaborate with marketing, logistics, and documentation teams to ensure smooth operations
• Meet monthly and quarterly export sales targets

• Proven 3+ years of experience in international B2B sales, preferably in FMCG, food ingredients, agro exports, or related sectors
• Strong network of international buyers, especially in food, nutraceutical, or ingredient space
• Fluent in English (written and verbal); knowledge of additional foreign languages is a plus
• Strong negotiation, presentation, and CRM skills
• Familiar with Incoterms, export documentation, and payment terms (LC, TT, etc.)
• Willing to travel internationally if required
