Job Description

Position:

Key Responsibilities

Handle outbound and inbound calls with international (UK) prospects
Present product/service details clearly and professionally
Generate qualified leads through consultative sales techniques
Convert leads into successful closures
Maintain client data and sales activities in CRM
Achieve weekly, monthly, and quarterly sales targets
Follow up with prospects to maximize conversion
Maintain a high level of professionalism and customer service during all communications
Provide feedback to the management team to improve sales strategies

Required Skills & Qualifications

Excellent verbal communication skills in
English
(mandatory)
Minimum
6 months of experience
in International Sales / International BPO / Voice Process
Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills
Ability to understand UK client behavior and communicate appropriately
Strong multitasking and time management abilities
Comfortable working in a
1 PM 10 PM UK shift
Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with CRM tools
Self-driven, confident, and motivated to achieve sales goals

Preferred Profile

Candidates with prior experience in
International Voice Process / UK Process
Candidates who have worked in
outbound calling / lead generation / telesales
Individuals who thrive in a performance-driven environment.
