Job Description

As an Assistant Manager/Manager in International Sales at our company, you will play a vital role in expanding our client base in the transportation industry across various states in the USA. Working closely with the Director, you will be responsible for prospecting, lead generation, consultative sales, and client relationship management to drive the growth of our insurance products. Our company specializes in providing insurance solutions to transportation companies, offering expert advice on managing risks both on and off the road. We are seeking a dynamic and goal-driven Insurance Sales Professional to join our team and contribute to our ongoing success. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct prospecting and lead generation activities through various channels such as referrals, cold calls, networking, and digital marketing. - Engage in consultative sales by meeting with clients to understand their insurance needs, offering tailored recommendations, and presenting insurance products effectively. - Prepare and present sales quotes, educate clients on coverage options, and assist them in making informed decisions. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business. - Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets while delivering exceptional service to customers. - Stay updated on industry trends, product changes, and competitor offerings to position our products effectively. - Ensure compliance with federal and state regulations, including maintaining proper licensing and documentation. - Provide ongoing customer support, including assistance with policy changes, claims processing, and other inquiries. Qualifications: - High school diploma or equivalent (Bachelors degree preferred). - Previous experience in sales or customer service, with a strong interest in the insurance industry. - Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. - Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage time effectively. - Goal-oriented mindset with a drive to achieve sales objectives. - Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite. - Prior experience in insurance sales is a plus, but not mandatory.
