The role involves reviewing credit reports, identifying errors, recommending corrective actions, and coordinating with lenders to ensure smooth loan approvals. Key Responsibilities: Follow up on pending applications and update clients on their status. Meet daily and monthly targets related to credit repair cases and loan conversions. Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations. Deliver excellent customer service and maintain confidentiality of client data Collaborate with lending partners and ensure timely submission of loan files. Key Performance Indicators (KPIs): Number of successful credit score verification completed. Loan approval and conversion rate. Customer satisfaction and retention. Accuracy and timeliness of documentation. Additional Information: Training will be provided on credit dispute handling and loan processing systems. Incentives based on performance and successful verification conversions.
