The ideal candidate will have the ability to communicate fluently in Russian (mandatory). This role requires frequent international travel to source markets and supplier locations. Key Responsibilities Purchasing & Procurement Identify, evaluate, and develop reliable international suppliers for grains such as safflower, chickpeas, sunflower seeds, niger seeds, and related commodities. Execute purchasing strategies to ensure cost-efficiency, quality, and timely sourcing. Maintain accurate purchase records, contracts, and pricing information. Operations & Coordination Oversee end-to-end operational activities including logistics, shipment planning, documentation, and coordination with internal teams. Ensure smooth and timely execution of import/export processes. Negotiation & Relationship Management Negotiate pricing, payment terms, and supply agreements with vendors. Build and maintain strong professional relationships with global suppliers, traders, and logistics partners. Market & Product Knowledge Stay updated on market trends, price movements, supply-demand patterns, and competitor activities in the grains and oilseeds sector.
