Key Responsibilities:

Planning and doing international sales in existing territories and territories inducted in the future.

  • Plan & coordinate the international shipment of goods.
  • To keep track of order sheets & prepare reports to expedite the billing process.
  • Keeping the buyer updated on shipments, orders and receivables.
  • Total customer services and providing (PI, orders, contracts, and export documentations, etc.).
  • Studying the market in the target countries. Identifying new markets for exports & developing new business accounts and products.
  • Managing & negotiating with the clients.
  • Meeting with the clients in the FMCG industry.
  •  Translate the Company’s overall direction and objectives into a sales plan encompassing.
  • Develop, in conjunction with the Director of Strategic Sales, a comprehensive plan to address the International specifications and opportunities, which includes:

Negotiate ethically on price and terms and conditions consistent with Industrial Business Unit & National Accounts values and strategies

  •  Provide exceptional customer service (including returns, broken tool processing,) and create solutioneering strategies.
  •  Maintain accurate and up-to-date records relating to sales performance, planning, account information, business expenditures, or as otherwise requested.
  •  Develops and grows relationships with key customers/stakeholders, acting on new information and monitoring customer satisfaction, meeting sales budget and aligned program partner goals
  •  Proactively acquires new customers through outbound calling initiatives.
  •  Coordinate with production, packaging and logistic teams to ensure timely order execution.
  •  Attend trade fairs, exhibitions and B2b meets to represent the company.
  •  Track shipments and handle any issues related to shipments.
  • Maintain MIS records and provide regular sales forecasts and report to HOD


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field (BBA preferred).
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, email, etc.).
  • Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and confidence in client interaction.
  • Ability to work well both independently and in a team.
