Purchasing Manager

This position will require you to choose production materials and services, procure fixed assets and tooling, and source indirect materials for the company. You are to ensure the supply chain group delivers tasks quickly.

• As per the guidelines & process initiate the purchasing process.
• Collecting quotations from different vendors.
• To support & assist management by providing necessary data as & when required.
• Preparing PO in tally.
• Maintaining the purchase related documents, data.
• Follow up of vendors for material procurement.
• Researching potential vendors, comparing & evaluating offers from suppliers.
• Negotiating contract terms of agreement & pricing.
• Review quality of purchased products & coordinate with QC team.
• Enter order details into tally.
• Maintain updated records of purchased products, delivery information & invoices.
• Monitor stock levels & place orders as needed.
• Track orders & ensure timely delivery.
• Provides rates to the sales team.
• Helping and assistance in production & operation of both warehouses.
• Monitoring and control of all purchase operations with vendors in different state and sourcing products with
