Purchasing Manager

• Develop and manage the restaurant’s procurement strategy to ensure timely availability of food, beverage, and non-food items.
• Identify, evaluate, and negotiate with suppliers to secure high-quality products at competitive prices.
• Maintain and update approved supplier lists, ensuring vendors meet quality, safety, and delivery standards.
• Review purchase requisitions from kitchen, bar, and operations teams and place orders accordingly.
• Monitor market trends, pricing changes, and product availability to make informed purchasing decisions.
• Ensure all purchased items meet food safety, quality, and hygiene requirements.
• Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and delivery schedules.
• Coordinate with the storekeeper and kitchen team to manage inventory levels and prevent overstocking or stockouts.
• Conduct regular supplier performance evaluations and resolve delivery discrepancies or quality issues.
• Oversee contract negotiations, including pricing, credit terms, and service agreements.
• Work closely with the finance team to track purchasing budgets and support cost-control initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, procurement standards, and legal regulations.
• Prepare periodic purchasing and cost reports for management review.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
