Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Jaipur for an International Sales Account Manager (A2P). The selected candidate will be responsible for managing and developing relationships with international clients, driving A2P messaging sales, and identifying new business opportunities. Responsibilities include executing sales strategies, conducting market research, negotiating and closing deals, and delivering exceptional client experiences. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to meet business objectives and exceed targets.

Qualifications

Proven experience in international sales, client management, and business development.
Strong knowledge of A2P messaging, CPaaS, and multichannel communication tools, including SMS, RCS, and WhatsApp API.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Proficiency in market analysis, sales strategy development, and lead generation.
Ability to understand client needs, provide tailored solutions, and build long-term relationships.
Experience with CRM systems and familiarity with analytics tools is a plus.
Educational qualifications in Sales, Business, Marketing, or a relevant field.
Proven ability to meet and exceed sales targets in a fast-paced environment.
Proactively stays up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market demands.
